For training, we recommend scheduling your collaboration with us at your earliest convenience to avoid schedule conflicts and to allow maximum planning time. Our standard training takes practically a complete week of focus for each attendee. Their absence from regular employment duties must be considered, as well as coordination with other scheduled events. Real data (measurements) from work brought to class provide great input enhancing participant focus and benefitting attendee comprehension upon class completion. For consulting, we recommend a written statement of goals at the beginning to provide for better concentration of work. This minimizes effort and maximizes return.
